Pizzeria Da Roberto in Hilden

Have ordered via Lieferando. After 1.5 hours we called to see where our order was. On the phone we were told that they would not deliver without any apology. We weren't even told. We will not order here anymore !!!

I wouldn't even give 1 star, but unfortunately I would have to do it to make this rating .... I waited almost 2 hours even though the restaurant is 5-8 minutes away from me. Pizza was cold + very thin as paper That was the last time I ordered there !! For those who are new to it you will only be disappointed! 👎🏼👎🏼👎🏼

Hello everybody, if you could give 0 stars here, I would give 0 stars. I ordered a pizza, a salad, and pizza rolls. For having to wait over 2 hours (even though the restaurant is 8 minutes away) and when I was told three calls that the food was on the way, I did not see it as a tip. The driver didn't apologize and was rude when I didn't tip him. Now to the food: Instead of yoghurt dressing, I got vinegar sauce with the SMALL salad pot, which was already poured onto the salad. I would have rather just eaten the leaves than vinegar soup with lettuce leaves. I can't say for sure whether the pizza bun was delivered to me or it was pure cancer. The pizza was cold and wet, as if it had been stored in water for days. When you lifted it, the pizza fell apart. I would recommend everyone to eat stale, stale bread from home rather than ordering from this restaurant.

Absolutely not to be recommended !!!!! Can't understand the 5 star ratings. That was my first and last order. 1. I ordered by phone, and my 13 year old !! Son took the order. After paying, the driver literally told my son "other people would tip" That is an absolute cheek !! And unprofessionalism of the highest degree !!!!!! He is a child and has no idea how and when to tip !!!!!! I do not think that you are dependent on this 1 euro! 2. When ordering the pizza rolls were missing, but the main thing is to ask for a tip! Dirty shop !!

I personally can not understand the 5 star ratings and find them misleading, especially for customers who have not had any experience with this pizzeria. In order to evaluate a good pizza one should deal with the individual components. Simply explained: dough, tomato sauce and cheese. None of these components can be rated above average and I just miss the Italian touch here. Up to this point, I tend between 2.5 and 3. Due to the poor service and the lack of customer friendliness, I have to downgrade to one star. Now my appeal to the owner: Dear Roberto, I can understand that some recipes have proven themselves / paid off for a long time. However, it is time to change something. It lies in your hand! Stay healthy.

I've never had such a bad pizza delivered. A 17cm diameter cold cardboard lid for 8.50 That was a cheek ... never again

The food arrived quickly and hot. Tastes delicious. Are satisfied 👍

The quality of the pizza and the customer service has deteriorated drastically. I ordered and paid 2 euros extra for the spicy & garlic sauce, but I didn't get it on delivery. The pizza size is also drastically reduced. It took 60 minutes to deliver, even though I live 5 minutes from the pizzeria. And after I called her to ask about the missing sauces, the worker told me this was a mistake and she would make a new pizza with the sauces and deliver them to me. That was nice of her, but after 2 hours this pizza wasn't delivered. When I called again, another colleague picked up the phone and said that mistakes can always happen and nothing new is delivered to me and asked me what I did with the previous pizza. He said he'll adjust next time, but I won't order there again. It's always hectic there and unfortunately everyone is understaffed and unorganized.

Ordering there once was enough. We ordered two pizzas, the base of the pizzas was as thin as paper. Margherita tasted ok, Pizza Tono was inedible, either the fish stood for a very long time or it just turned bad. 6 chicken nuggets seemed a bit overpriced to me, when we opened the pack, I could understand why they were a bit expensive because they were handmade. Also the chicken nuggets weren't that I had to have a second one.

This is the second time I've ordered a pizza with tuna and each time I've got a pizza with mushrooms. Well-intentioned tip: do not order from this pizzeria.

Catastrophic delivery time! Staff extremely unfriendly! After over 1 hour I called and asked if we had been forgotten. According to the employee's statement, a number of people had ordered and the delivery would take time. When I asked why the customer was not informed that the delivery would take three times as long as stated, I was vaguely told that I should order the ready-made food from the "Turk" if I am dissatisfied! Delivery in the end after almost 1 3/4 hours !! The way in which customers are dealt with does not work! Never again!

I ordered a pizza for 7 euros with spicy garlic and it was much too small as a minii pizza for 3 euros .. at el greco you get a small one for 5 and it is never huge again .. but that's why it was delicious with 2 stars

We ordered a total of 2 times and were unsatisfied. The first time we ordered we had to wait over an hour for our food. The store is a 3 minute walk away. The second time we ordered a salad to be picked up and ingredients were missing. Only after a telephone inquiry was I informed that they will be on vacation from tomorrow and therefore no longer have some ingredients on site. We will no longer order there in the future

We were with friends in the Pizzeria da Roberto. The food is delicious and freshly prepared. Pasta, pizza, meat dishes or salad all great. We would love to come back.

Once a pizza taxi and once ate in the restaurant. Pizza was well filled, pizza base was very thin and overall good taste. "Unfortunately" no corona note to fill out in the Testaurant.

Unfortunately, that was nothing. Food came after 1.5 hours. Pizza and saltimbocca were ok (but have eaten better), the pizza rolls small and not tasty or very black, the tomato salad mini (and the oil dressing was everywhere, really disgusting). The supplier has "accidentally" lost the bill in the stairwell. With such a bad experience there is no tip. Thanks, never again!

I love the pizzas and also the meat dishes. Generally, I find that all of the food from Pizzeria da Roberto is delicious. The delivery times are acceptable because the food is freshly cooked. In addition, the price-performance ratio is good because the quality is really good. The food always arrives warm. Like in a restaurant.

As always delicious! You can also find friendly staff and sit comfortably. Always my pleasure!

Pizza and salad were delicious, but I also know better. Service was very friendly. Prices ok.
